Shushnow Return Policy

• We do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders.
• All sales are final.
• We do offer refunds or returns on any item that the care instructions have not been followed.
• We reserve the right to refuse and refund or credit.
• Credit will be issued in the form of a discount code to use on a future purchase.
• Shipping damage must be sent to Terri.d@shushnow within 24 hours.  Photos of the box, the shipping label and the damage must be clearly represented.
